WordPress 2.3.2 was released about 26 days ago…and I finally did this update. I always hate doing these. They make it sound simple and easy all the time, but there’s always some “catch” to it. Typically these php-based installations are just a matter of untarring the new version right over the top of your existing version. Most of the data contained in the install is actually in the MySQL database associated with it. But of course, WordPress is just as tricky as the rest of them.
